3. Right of withdrawal

The consumer has the right to withdraw from a distance contract without giving any reason within 14 calendar days from the date of receipt of the goods.

To exercise the right of withdrawal, the Consumer must make an unequivocal declaration of withdrawal from the contract:

In the event of withdrawal from the contract:

  • The consumer is obliged to return the goods immediately, no later than within 14 days from the date of submitting the declaration,

  • the costs of returning the goods are borne by the Consumer,

  • The refund of payment (including the costs of the cheapest available form of delivery) will take place within 14 days of receipt of the returned goods or proof of their posting.

The consumer may use the model withdrawal form, but this is not obligatory.

X. Changes to the Regulations

  1. The Service Provider reserves the right to change the Regulations.
  2. The changes come into effect:
    • immediately for users who are not logged in,
    • after 7 days for users with an account.
  3. Continued use of the Website constitutes acceptance of the changes.

XI. Final Provisions
